Continuing education for client advisors
Our 2024-2025 course meets the exact requirements of the Swiss client advisors’ Registers in terms of continuing education: if you are a client advisor registered with a Swiss Register, you are expected to attend a two-hour training course every second year to renew your registration. (If you are not yet registered, then click here to access the programme required to obtain your initial certification).
This course has been approved by all the Swiss advisors’ Registers: ARIF, Regservices (BX Swiss) and RegFix. Don’t hesitate to click here for more information on the trainings approved by the Swiss Registers.
The 2024-2025 version will help you manage the swiss regulatory risks associated with your professional activity. More precisely the course contains:
– A refresher on the FinSA code of conduct focusing on the main duties of the client advisor: Duty to provide information, Appropriateness and suitability of Financial Services, Documentation and rendering of account, Transparency and care of client orders.
– A practical analysis of recent case law enacted by the Swiss courts to help you understand the legal risks associated with your activity as a client advisor.
This interactive online course is concluded by a test with 10 questions, 7 of which must be answered correctly to obtain your certification. You can take this course and test at your own pace and convenience. Once you have completed both you will receive your smart certificate via email within 2 business days.
