How does billing work for a company purchase?
Online payment is available for individual learners. For up to 5 learners, the quickest option is to purchase online, entering each learner's exact name and email address; an invoice is provided after every purchase. For larger teams, we're happy to issue an invoice, payable either by bank transfer or via a Stripe payment link.
How quickly can my team start training?
For online purchases: after payment, learners receive an email with their access details and can start immediately. If it doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder. For existing programmes purchased for a group: access details are sent to all learners within 2 business days of payment. For tailor-made programmes: we'll agree on a timeline together to make sure your deadlines are met.
