Can I enrol several people from my bank at once?
We're happy to accommodate multiple team members and partner with you to track their progress. Tell us what your team needs, and we'll put together an offer tailored specifically to you. Our per-learner price decreases for groups of more than 10 people.
How does billing work for a company purchase?
Online payment is available for individual learners. For up to 5 learners, the quickest option is to purchase online, entering each learner's exact name and email address; an invoice is provided after every purchase. For larger teams, we're happy to issue an invoice, payable either by bank transfer or via a Stripe payment link.
How quickly can my team start training?
For online purchases: after payment, learners receive an email with their access details and can start immediately. If it doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder. For existing programmes purchased for a group: access details are sent to all learners within 2 business days of payment. For tailor-made programmes: we'll agree on a timeline together to make sure your deadlines are met.
