What if I don't pass the test at the end of a course?
You can repeat every test until you pass it. There is no limit.
What if I lose my certificate ?
We deliver smart certificates which can be checked, printed, shared, recovered at any point in time, independently from the access to our platform. You will always find your certificates on www.smartcertificate.com.
Once I have completed my training, what do I need to do to receive my certificate ?
Once you complete your programme, our team is automatically notified and your certificate is issued within 2 business days. Nothing to do on your end.
What should I do if I have completed my training and I did not receive my certificate ?
Once issued, certificates are sent from the smartcertificate.com platform directly to your email address. If you don't receive this email within 2 business days after completing your programme, check your Spam folder. If you have received nothing there, contact our client service team via email: service(at)cofaktory.com
How long is my certificate valid ?
Your CWMA certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Within that period, you must obtain your 24 SAQ credits and submit your recertification request to the SAQ at least 3 months before expiry. We recommend starting early — waiting until the end of the third year to start learning adds unnecessary pressure to an otherwise straightforward process.
